Good article...
From my perspective I have been a SQL Developer for over 5 years now and don't really *need* a cert to prove anything to anyone. I believe my problem solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a team environment prove far more valuable then something saying I passed a test. However my interest in the Business Intelligence Developer cert isn't purely for career leverage but to learn more about analysis services. I am already working with it but feel I am not able to fully take advantage of all the great solutions it can provide.
