Merge Replication Again

    I am setting up merge repl. and I keep getting a weird message:

    distributor_Admin is not defined as a remote login @ the server.

    Can anyone shed any light on this ?   Thanks in advance.

    My experience in the past with the remote login is that you need to setup that user distributor_Admin on the server.  I'm kind of new at this, so I am not sure which server to tell you.  I just set it up on one and then other until it works.

    Thanks for your response however, I am new @ sql as well.  Can you explain what you're referring to when you say setup user on the server?  Do you mean the win server or the sql server and what is the process?
