Migration sql 2000 to sql 2005 between differents hostname

  Hi everybody I have a database transactional and I want to migrate a server 2000 to 2005 from a server with hostname 'srv1' with SO Win200 to other hostname 'srv2' with SO Win2003. What is most recommendable, 'Inplace upgrade' or 'Side by side upgrade'?

  I would choose side-by-side in this case.
