MSSQL Denali Installation Error "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

    I have download MSSQL Express 12 and when I try to install. Everything goes fine at preliminaries sages ,but at near end of setup the I got following Error.

    "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion" and then setup failed.

    I have also stopped Antiwires but no result.

    Any help Please.

    What windows accounts did you specify for the services to use?

    Current User from which I logged in.
