Looking for quick responses while I research this. I swear when it's seems to be easy, those are the hardest to figure out. Anyway, I have three instances on the same SQL 2K, sp3 server. One is local and then two named instances. I can see them in EM when on the server. How do I get the EM on my desktop to see all 3 (right now all I see is local). I've tried the wizard and have had no luck. Thanks.
Never mind. When they installed the software, the network guys followed the instructions and set authentication to Windows Only, not the usual mixed mode. Once I set it correctly within the wizard, viola, I got in.
