no DTS template shown help

  I installed SQL 2005 I go to  Start->All Programs->SQL Server 2005->Select Business Intelligent Development Studio.  I choose File New - Project...   In the available templates I DO NOT SEE Data Transformation Project????

  I put my SQL 2005 CD back into the servers CD drive and chose to install the SQL 2005 Tools by running Setup.exe and it said I had already installed all the tools.

  What happened?

  Same problem.  We need help. Except I don't have CD, I'm trying the Eval version.
