I have a question about some odd behaviour
System:
Server : 32GB RAM/ 4 CPU, plenty of disk
Installed the AccessDatabaseEngine for the 64 bit drivers for Excel.
SQL 2008 R2 SP1 - 10.50.2806
Problem
I have a very simpe package that does the following
Populates a table with 25000 rows
Creates a spreadsheet (xlsx) by copying a template file (nothing flash here)
Dump the table data into sheet
Compress it
Copy it to a network share
When I run this as myself using the DTXUtil it works fine
When I run this as the agent as an SSIS step in a job it works fine
I have created a proxy account with low permissions as per our practice
When I run the job step with the proxy account, no data is exported.
When I adjust the package to export limited records, I find that 12375 rows is the maximum the package will export. If i select top 12376 rows, then no rows are exported.
So it can't be the package as it works albeit very basic.
It can't be permissions as it works as long as I select 12375 rows.
Does anyone have any ideas about this ?
Could this be a bug ??
