Opening DTS 2000 package in 2005

  Hi,

  I tried to open an existing DTS package using Object Explorer in Management Studio, but received the following error:

  SQL Server 2000 DTS Designer components are required to edit DTS packages.  Install the special Web download, "SQL Server 2000 DTS Designer Components" to use this feature".

  So I downloaded and installed the following:

  http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=905417

  then rebooted my machine.  But I still get the same error.  The installation completed successfully.

  Any ideas?

  I think this is a bug in SQL Server 2005, I had the same issue and got away with after re-installing the SQL Serer 2005
