plug-in for reporting services like DUNDAS

    hi friends,

    we are using SQL reporting services 2005 and it doenst allow to create gauges. SO we bought dundas and it allows to make gauges & other graphs better than microsoft's graph.

    Is there any other plugins available which can be useful in terms of presentation of reports.

    The short answer is no, the long answer because VS2008 was out before SQL Server 2008. The SQL Server 2008 Express edition reporting features comes with only SSRS 2005 features which does not include Dundas Charts. However there is Asp.net chart control you may want to see if you can use that.

    Guage controls are available in 2008 SSRS. but not sure how is it for Express edition 🙁
