    Hello.

    Is there a tool or a way to restrict access to a table by hours and log if the user tries to do such operations ?

    For example, user USER_XPTO only perform updates/deletes/inserts between 08:00 and 17:00.

    Not that I'm aware of, however, you could add a trigger that would stop them from doing the insert or whatever (INSTEAD OF trigger) and instead of doing the work, save it to a separate table for review or being allowed later.
