I am working on the upgrade process of sql server enterprise 2008 to R2 version. I am having problem with the reporting services.
The error I am getting when i run the upgrade advisor --

How I need to overcome this problem?

How do you find the application extension files that the upgrade advisor is seeing as an issue? It doesn't list them?

It's known behaviour.
Per BOL:
Upgrade Advisor does not detect whether custom code assemblies are configured for use in reports to calculate item values, styles, and formatting.
It also says...
If Upgrade Advisor detects custom data processing or delivery extensions, the upgrade process is not blocked. However, after upgrade completes, you might need to perform additional steps before the custom functionality provided by these extensions will work. For example, you must perform additional steps when the custom extension files are installed in the Reporting Services installation folder.
