Production Server Random Crashing - Need help!

    I didn't specify a min, but did specify the max at 4096...So, I need to go in and set the min to 4096 as well?  The server has 6GB of RAM installed...I can do that on the fly, right?

    And, if I am to use the 1024 multiplier, why does your example say 3750?
