Query returns many rows, report only returns one row ?

    Hello Forum,

    Wondering if anyone else has seen this before....

    I have a very simple report, single datasource, single dataset with a query which selects 42 columns from 4 tables using a series of joins.

    When I run the query in SQL Server Manager or in BIDS "Dataset Properties" dialog the query returns many rows (1020 in total). When I run the report I get 469 rows ?

    Has anyone seen anything like this ??

    report will give second page option can you verify once 🙂
