Rebuilding Indexes on Replication database

    can we rebuild indexes using Integrety maintenance plan on the subscription database. Does this effect replication?

    It is Transactional Replication. I am having doubt because it is going to drop and create Primary Key Indexes on subscriber database which might break replication.

    Does agent fails while integrity check job is going on as they will be running continously?
