rename file with a dynamic file name and sheet name SSIS

    hi

    still fairly new to SSIS

    is there a script task that can be used in SSIS 2010

    This task would have to find an excel file with a dynamic file name  (note file name always begins with "Tender"*****  don't know if this will help)

    and dynamic sheet name (note sheet name always begins with "Sale"*****  don't know if this will too)

    and rename it before it begins the process? it will have to rename the file name to TenderProcess and Sheet name to SaleFigures.

    This is because I have a script task  that I will use later on in the SSIS package that finds a specific excel file in a folder and moves it

    please help

    It's not something I can cover in a forum post, I'm afraid.  You can start here.  Once you have a PowerShell command that works, you can call it from an Execute Process task using the powershell.exe executable.
