Replication Configuration

    hi there

    i am using sql server 2000, now i want to do replication (Merge type and push

    subscription) from headoffice to branch. For this what i will do.please let me know the steps of configuration.

    Hi,

    There are many good articles on the web on setting up various configurations of replication. BOL is also good to start with.

    Your message is a bit vague. HAve you considered all the requirements?

    How often does your office need updating?

    Will the remote office need to make changes to the data?

    Yes , i considered all the requirement. Three to  four times a day we need to update changes. It is also in remote office.

    In publication, Article status is deactivated. That is problem i think. What u think regarding this. Pls let me know the things.
