I have a report with an image inside a rectangle with a separate table, etc. The image source is External and the value is Fields!ImageUrl.Value which is a concatenated field from the db like

The image is not stored in the db. It is stored on a server.
The report worked just fine for a year. Then a few weeks ago, the image stopped rendering in test even though no changes were made to the report or the sp. However, we did upgrade the test server from 2005 to 2008 without converting the report. Now all that shows up is the little red x where the image should be. The image will not show in BIDS Preview, Report Manager or our web app. We were in the process of fixing this on test in whatever way we came up with, but now the problem is happening on production with no change to the report or sp. Ack!
Can anyone please help me?
