Haven't used SSIS Package as I still had issues , selected TSQL in SQL Agent and wrote a Stored procedure instead.

Ah. Okay.
Sometimes SSIS is overkill. If you could do what you needed in one stored procedure, you really didn't need an SSIS package. But if I were you, I recommend still playing with SSIS until you figure out where things went wrong. Sometimes the way we learn best is by making mistakes and figuring out how to resolve them.
