Scripting Permissions

    I have a standard database role on a production box with a whole wack of permissions. I would like to re-create this role on a test server and was hoping to find a script that would query the system tables so that I could apply the permissions on the test system with a script instead of manually.  Does anyone have any experience doing this ? Any scripts you would like to share?

    In Enterprise Manager, you can right click a database and Generate SQL Scripts.  Within that you can choose to script permissions.  This has worked well for me in moving between develop and production.
