    Is it possible to Show/Hide Report Parameters based on selected values in different parameter?

    It's not possible in SSRS.

    The only thing you can do is filter out values of a parameter based on a previously selected parameter value (e.g. Choose Illinois as your State and the City parameter will then only show values for cities in Illinois and not all other states.)
