Size of the Log file too big

    Good Day,

    Please I have a database on my sql server 2000. The size of the database is 9GB and the size of the log file is 39 GB, and the OS signs me that there's not enough file on the disk.

    Please, can somebody tell me how to considerably reduce the size of that log file?
