Someone from accounting team trying to do AutoDraft(draft creation) and when the user click on Draft Creation, he gets the below error message.(iMIS Application)
Error: "You do not have Access Rights to the Draft Processing area"
The when the user clicks OK, he gets the following message
4.17.X.007 Application Error
ID: 3709
Loc: Generic
Issue: Load_Merchant_Account
Details: The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed or invalid in this context.
not sure if this is SQL related....can anyone seen this error....Application name is iMIS.

The error itself is not from SQL Server. But it can be an application error in response to a SQL Server error.
You can use an extended events session to monitor the server when this happens and see if a SQL Server error is thrown.

Looks like an application error to me as well. Check the iMIS documentation.
