SP4

    Hi all, I need some help. We have a server running SQL 2000 with sp2. I double checked other forums and all information indicated that sp4 was cummulative and include sp3/3a. However the install fails with "Error running script: sp3_serv_uni.sql (1)" and the install aborts. However sql server IS running and indicates that it's at sp4. Is this normal? I've tried the "rename dbmslpcn.dll" fix but with no success. Any ideas?

    I have additional information to add. I finally found the sp3_serv_uni.out file and it contains the following: Invalid login for user 'sa'. Reason: server is in single user mode and only one adminstrator can be logged in at a time.
