  Hello,

  I have a prestine Windows 2003 R2 SP2 64bit server.

  I want to install SQL 2005 Ent 64bit on the server.

  However I have 1 application that must have it's database on SQL 2000.

  Can I have a 64bit 2005 server with a 32bit SQL 2000 instance? I can't find a SQL 2000 64bit that is not Itanium.

  ANY direction would be helpful!!

  PS: If so, how would I go about the installs? SQL 2000 then 2005?

  Can you not just set the compatibility level on the database to 80?
