SQL 2005 EE 32 bit on Windows 2003 Server 64 bit

    Can I install SQL 2005 EE 32 bit on Windows 2003 Server 64 bit that already has SQL 2008 64 bit installed on it?

    Yes, but you will have to install it as a named instance if you installed 2008 as the default instance.

    Thanks I appreciate the reply. I got it to finally work when I fixed the install folder layout to match that of the CD.
