Hi,
This is sort of related to Stulls thread.
We have some of our servers running sql 7, they were installed with sql sp3 and mdac 2.51. We had a problem which resulted in me having to reload sp 3, but doing this it would overwrite mdac 2.51 with 2.50. Therefore requiring me to reload mdac 2.51 as well. Does this apply with the sql 2000 SP's as well??

It does run MDAC, but I dont know if it overwrites a newer MDAC - would be surprised if it did. Sorry, I know that's not quite an answer.
