Hi ,
Is it possible to restore the litespeed SQL server 2000 or 2005 database backup to a different server which does not have litespeed tool ?

No - you need to install litespeed on the other server. If this is a one time process, you can install litespeed in demo mode to perform the restore.
If you are going to do this quite often, you will need another license.

Litespeed coes with an extractor that will extract the compressed backup back to native SQL Server format and then you can perform a restore on any server.
