I'm trying to install sp1 and have connected to the virtual server to do so, when I ran it I got all kinds of errors (for example, issues with the other sql instance, etc.).
Do I need to be logging into the Virtual server or the node to do the install of the sp1? What other things should I do prior to installing it (shut down services, etc.)?
