SQL SERVER AGENT

    Hi all

    Can anyone help me.

    I am trying to start the SQLSERVERAGENT, but it showing me this message.

    The SQLSERVERAGENT service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.

    I have tried this by starting it from services.msc. this is the message what I am getting.

    How to start it now?

    I've never seen the SQL Server Agent stop because it has no work to do. Most of my scheduled jobs run overnight and the agent never shuts down. Check the account that is running the service., you may have entered an incorrect passowrd or the password may have expired. Anything is the SQL server log that you can post? Or anything in the server event logs indicating an issue?

    Thanks it working now. I have changed it to Local System Account.
