Hi i received the below error. What could be the possible reason?

DESCRIPTION: Error: 0, Severity: 19, State: 0

SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 66 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server is terminating this process.

Check your error log to get the full error ... More than likely you'll need to google that and you'll find that it's probably a service pack and/or cumulative update/hot fix you'll need to apply pending on the full error.
