    Dog pulls are usually more accurate. 🙂

    Bad back. My running days are over. Too much jumping out of things during my Army days.

    Think of the potential with a bad back too - take the dog for a run, wrench the back - and no honeydo's for a few days.

    On the flipside - I know the feeling of having a back thrown out - so maybe not.

    Save that back and keep walking. I had to stop running because of my knees. Walking at a good clip is just as good.

    I'm eating a bagel with cream cheese and lox so I'd better be walking soon!

    Real lox or smoked?

  • To code or not to code, that is the question!

    W.O.T.D. = Question!

    Just keep moving as often as possible.

    Hmm. They were smoked but I didn't know that made them any less real. It was regular lox, not Nova. Nova would have been very nice, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.

    A 15 Minute walk at 0530, 2 15 minutes walks during the work day (the need to give my eyes a break), a 20 Minutes walk once I get home and an 40-60 minutes walk at night. Not included is a 60-120 minute walk during the day on nonwork days. The benefits of owning a dog. (Or being owned by one).

    Joe

    My running dog and I ran (a very slow) 16 miles. Bet she wishes I'd stop these really long runs once a week and just go a couple miles every day instead.
