Trash Destination Doesn't appear in data flow list

    Hi

    I have installed the trash destination successfully but when i go to choose it from the list of data flow items to add to my tool box it doesn't appear. The DLL appears in the DTS\Pipelines directory along with the Konesans Data Generator which i can add. I am using vista business.

    Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services Designer

    Version 9.00.3042.00

    Visual Studio 2005 Version 8

    .Net Framework Version 2 SP1

    Has anyone come across this before?

    Did you add it to your toolbox items?

    Go to Tools -> Choose Toolbox Items in the menu.

    Yes, this is where it does not appear in the list although the DLL is in the same directory as all the other data flow items.

    You have to add it to the GAC also.

    Hi

    I have just opened up the list of assemblies in the assembly cache for .net 2 and it is listed as type GAC.
