Uninstalling one sql server instance having two instances

  [p]In one of our Development server, we had two sql server instances installed in sql server 2005 (sp2) environment.[/p]

  [p]Now we want to remove/uninstal one sqlserver instance (services stopped) from the system.[/p]

  [p]Please, guide me what are steps to be followed to uninstall\remove one instance so that other running instance should not be effected.[/p]
