Anyways, my situation is this:
i am a newbie DBA here in our organization. the last dba guy was in the process of upgrading our dev, test and live from SQL 2000 to SQL2008 R2. he got to the initiating and plannin stage but for the execution stage he got to setup SQL2008 R2 for our devs and test servers. my question is how do i start this from where he left of?
i tried studying the upgrade advisor because i know thats where i should start, right?
