Please, I have an urgent question: tomorrow an old sql server will be reset, I think it could be useful to save some datafiles and dts. The structure of dts are stored in msdb, so if I keep a backup of it (and of all system databases) I am sure I could recreate the dts?
Or is there a way to export its strucure?
The databases on this server are no longer in use, because they have been migrated to a new version, but on that machine there is the history of transforming data for the new structures.
Many thanks in advance!

If there aren't too many, you could save them to the new server.
Open the package, "Save As", Maybe prefix the name like "OldServer_DTS_Name", then save it to the new server. But not a good idea if you don't want to clutter up the new server.
