User id is not found in the staff table

    I added a new user to the SQL server and the database but when he tried to connect, he got 'User id is not found in the staff table' message. Any help would be much appreciated.

    It sounds like your application has a table named 'staff table' and in addition to all you have done, someone needs to enter the new user id into the staff table via your front end application.
