I noticed that the SQL Server 2008R2 is highlighted a different color in start menu,Anybody know is there a reason for this? Can it be de-shaded?Thanks!

You've probably got the 'highlight newly installed programs' option selected. If so, they'll be highlighted until you use them. Win7 (and Vista) feature.

Yes, after disable disable highlighting New Programs in Windows 7,the color disappeared. Thanks!
