Windows Group Authentication

    Hi

    Is it possible, in SQL Server 2005, to tell how a process was authenticated?

    If a user is logged in, but they don't have an explicit login defined, they must have been authenticated via a Windows group. Is there any way of finding out, via TSQL, which group 'allowed' them to connect?

    I'm trying to automate a process to kill specific users at the beginning of our overnight batch. I'd like to identify those that were authenticated via a specific Windows Group.
