What flavour of SQL are you using?
SERIAL8, NVARCHAR(100,30), INT8, LVARCHAR are not valid in T-SQL.
DEFINE should probably be DECLARE.
You don't want ; in the stored procedure

I did write baby steps. Quite unclear as to how to proceed. I need inputs. Please help.
