I have run performace monitors and we are not pegging out the processor or memory.  Occasionally we will get spikes, but those spikes do not run...

Auto update and Auto create were checked.  I will remove those and see if they help.

Not sure about that.  I will check and find out.  Unfortunately, it is always a battle with the hardware guys and we (the software developers) always have to prove our point.  But...
