1. Click on Start

2. Click on Run

3. Type regedit

4. Go to this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer

5. Right click DisableBrowse

6. Click modify

7. Change the value from 1 to 0

8. Run the setup again as an administrator

9. It works fine.
