its a production server...haven't restarted for the bast 2 to 3 months..also i am unable to check the sql error log..its showing the same error

In perfmon..memory status (Using histogram) is varying...its not showing as high...Is perfmon is used to check the performance of the entire system or just sql server.
In task manager only SQL...

I tried the below steps
1. Drop the index, Primary Key
2. Run the script to find duplicates (found duplicate records)
3. Delete the duplicate rows
4. Rebuild the index.
But i got confused...
