Definitely some network item. The VPNs can be implemented differently and they don't always pass all ports through the tunnel. Are you connecting by IP or name? I think it looks pretty good now. I like the color change on field focus. One question though... On the third page of this thread, I have to scroll horizontally a significant amount, not so on the other pages. Any way to control this? I am currently using 1024/768. Thanks! Dan B

You can do as a5xo3z1 suggested. Create an Active-X DLL in VB then use the sp_OAxxx procedures to execute it's method(s). I've done it several times and it works great.
