There is no performance difference HOWEVER, there are differences for how many concurrent connections there are.  PER SEAT = n Connections (basically HIGH LEVEL concept), PER PROCESSOR = n CPUs and INFINITE connections (Again HIGH LEVEL concept).  The amount of connections is firmly dependent on system resources (but that is for a different topic).....The internal […]

Good idea, but it should be cost effective. Micro$oft licenses is expensive, and since the DB doesn't really demand lots of processors it's no problem running 50+ databases on a dual Xeon CPU/4GB RAM. Most of if is stored procedures - so MSSQL is a must.Anybody with experience in SQL Relay?
