I couldn't find a solid script for this so I put this together. It creates the database EXACTLY as it was with growth and proper file groups.

Just applied W2K3 SP1 and (so far), no issues. It did take several clicks of "Install Now" to get the download to start.I'm keeping my fingers crossed...Dan
