If doing it manually is an option, then you can use Enterprise Manager. If you want a script to remove it you can go to the design view in Enterprise Manager, set identity = No, and then click the Save Change Script button.

You could BCP into a staging table as varchar, do some substringing to remove the (-) sign and import into the final table. If DTS is an option, you could use ActiveX scripting to remove the (-) sign before loading into your table.
