    That's great. If only there were some way to get people to actually read it.

    How about when someone signs up sending some helpful links with the greeting email? Maybe like a top 10 best of SSC links or top 10 SSC suggested reading links.

    That's great. If only there were some way to get people to actually read it.

    My thoughts exactly. They don't read the links in people's sigs, they don't read (or choose to ignore) pointed requests for more information within their posts, why read a KB article?

    That is great, but since it's basically right in there with the documentation, we can expect about as many people to read it as read the documents...
