Are the posted questions getting worse?

Starts tomorrow for me, 2AM precisely.

    Presenting or attending, Gail?

    Neither. Sleeping.

The 1st of the 24 sessions starts 2AM tomorrow in my timezone, that's what I meant by 'starts'. Much as I'd love to watch Louis and Paul, I can wait for the recorded session to be available. The first one I'm attending is 9am my time and my session is at midday.

That's 5 AM our time Bob. I'll save you a seat up front.

24 Hours of PASS starts today and I did not get a good night's sleep last night. It's gonna be a fun 2 days.

Starts tomorrow for me, 2AM precisely.

I'm not doing the full 24 hours. First one that I want to see is 8am or 9am, last one I want to see finishes 1AM on Thursday.

I don't know why, but I'm more nervous about this than I was about speaking at PASS last year or TechEd this year.

Because talking to an empty room is harder than talking to people. I'm nervous too.

  • Enjoying Gail's session on indexing on 24 hours of PASS. Don't know how much I'll retain being up this early.

Same here. I'll be looking at downloading the recording when it becomes available later.

    It's 12.30 here, not so early... 🙂

Gail is in the same TimeZone as me. Does she look tired?

  • Great session Gail. Lots of good information.

Now whenever I read one of your posts I'll have the correct voice in my head:-P

Next up for me is Grant's session.

    Same thoughts here.

I liked how she kept mentioning looking up information in the telephone book. That certaily made it easy to understand why 1 option should be better than another.

Now listening to Simon Sabin talking about Reporting Services.

oh, if Grant starts talking about Oracle for Dummies, I swear I had nothing to do with it!!!!!

I've asked if that's allowed. If it is, I will. Doubt it'll be this week.

  • I like using the telephone directory to explain indexes. Most people know what one looks like, make the explanations much easier.
