so this does or does not work with moving 2k8r2 ssrs to 2008r2 server?

With the rollout of SSRS 2016 approaching, I thought it would be worth checking in again on this topic. I can't imagine MS bundling RSScripter into the 2016 product since it hasn't been updated since SSRS 2008. What migration tool does MS recommend their SSRS administrators\developers use with SSRS 2016 ?

Indeed it is at SqlServer FineBuild - I think I may have found a bug in it, was wondering if anyone knows how to get a hold of the source code, or if it is OK to decompile? I seem to be unable to get a hold of Jasper Smith.
