I did answer the first question correctly, but not the second. I assumed that the email would have the same question as the question in the link. Guess that tests something that DBAs should normally do - double check.

I found it interesting that the email received had the correct DESC (second choice) but on the website the DESC was missing. This of course lead me to change my answer to none of the above. Bummer
I have to agree though I like the QODs since they cause me to think about areas I do not normally have to deal with.

It was very tricky ... and annoying. The next QOD should be: "write a query to grant 2 points to all people that answered "none of the above"

SmithDM, it's the other way around. Ordering by DESC will put the greatest sales on top - therefore you will get a list of your top performers.
I'm glad I noticed the change on the website, because I chose 'none of the above' in the e-mail, but changed it to the correct #2 answer on the web page, partly because it seemed weird to have none as the correct choice.
Since the web page was probably updated after numerous people answered 'none', maybe anyone answering 'none' before the update should get credit, because their answer actually was correct.

I got the answer right according to the email
, but didn't read the revised answer on the site (poor attention to detail on me), so I gave the incorrect answer , for which I got points . I'm so conflicted! Guess I'm glad that I'm sad about being happy. -
If you put the order by asc you will get the bottom 5 ....

As many pinted out, the problem was the one of the proposed answers was different in e-mails on the web site. I'm serious, all people that had aswered "none of the above" should get credit.

Maybe I understood Brian Knight's post wrong, but there is a second chance to answer. At least I had to answer a second time.

I blew away all the people who answered to give them a second chance after I corrected the answer. If you answered after then though, you mayve missed that second chance but the answer was corrected.
